Contractual Dispute Mediation
Many commercial disputes originate in a contractual dispute. A contractual dispute could arise from a wide range of legal, commercial or personal circumstances.
Thus, for instance, a contractual dispute could erupt from circumstances in which the parties reached some crossroads where the contract does not contain a full or partial solution to the problem.
Circumstances in which one of the parties, or both, are in breach of contract, or a contractual situation in relation to which the parties have differing interests.
In such instances, a commercial mediation could give the parties a better chance and the tools for resolving the dispute and going back to normal contractual relations. Or where appropriate the tools to end the conflict in a short time frame, by a relatively cheap process, which involve the least possible consequential damage.
Focused Commercial Mediation is especially suited to contractual disputes. In a contractual dispute, detecting the heart of the conflict and relating to it, could be the necessary leverage required to establish a solution to the dispute.
